The Founding Principal will develop and maintain a high school environment that reflects KIPP Capital Region’s Core Values.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement a comprehensive strategy to address the academic, emotional, cultural, and overall well-being of students, staff, and families, ensuring holistic support.Accountable for college-readiness academic outcomes for all students, with a proven record of enhancing academic performance, including graduation rates and standardized test results.Enhance instructional expertise by leading professional development, coaching instructional leaders and teachers, and fostering collaboration to elevate teaching practices and student results.Support the School Instructional team by employing data-driven strategies to analyze student performance, guide instructional modifications, diagnose issues, and implement interventions for high-quality learning outcomes.Oversee the development and alignment of a rigorous, college-preparatory curriculum that integrates academic and character goals to support student success.Lead the establishment and monitoring of operational and instructional systems, ensuring their efficiency and effectiveness.
