Conduct daily Toolbox Talks to reinforce safety practices. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on corrective actions. Perform Risk Assessments and Job Hazard Analyses. Engage with management and labor to identify and rectify unsafe practices or conditions. Participate in safety and management meetings. Supervise construction activities including excavation, steel erection, electrical work, elevated work (fall protection), and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
