Role Overview: Senior Sales Executive (Abidjan)
The Senior Sales Executive will drive new client acquisition and business growth for Luo. This is a field-oriented role with a strong focus on execution. The main goal: sign new clients, build strong relationships, and deliver significant business volume.
Main Responsibilities
- Identify and close contracts with new B2B clients.
- Build and manage an effective sales pipeline.
- Present Luo's solutions and convert prospects into customers.
- Negotiate commercial terms with potential clients.
- Develop long-term relationships to increase business volume.
- Share market feedback with internal teams to help improve offerings.
What We Look For
- 4 to 6 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Proven track record in B2B, financial services, fintech, or foreign exchange markets.
- Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Understanding of pricing, margin, and volume aspects.
- Self-starter with a performance-oriented approach.
- Solid knowledge of the local market.
- Residence in Abidjan is required.
