Requirements:Must possess an active or current Top-Secret clearance with SCI access (TS/SCI) without exceptions. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in relevant roles. Proven expertise in the Mission Management domain. Strong background in full lifecycle Systems Engineering and Integration, including end-to-end multi-segment testing. Knowledge of federal government operational environments. Exceptional communication skills with a high level of professionalism, flexibility, and adaptability to change. Self-motivated with a continuous learning mindset.

Join Northstrat as a Systems Engineer and be part of our innovative integration team, dedicated to supporting the US Government in the Mission Management domain. In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience in full lifecycle Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) to ensure that mission software applications are effectively integrated and tested. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, capable of deriving acceptance criteria and designing comprehensive mission test threads. We are looking for a proactive self-starter who excels both independently and in collaborative environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze requirements and solution epics to establish acceptance criteria, tests, and mission threads.
  • Conduct engineering investigations to perform root cause analysis on issues.
  • Identify, track, and mitigate dependencies and risks.
  • Develop expertise in system interfaces and pinpoint key integration points.
  • Maintain consistency across multiple applications.
  • Create technical design documentation, test plans, and artifacts to ensure successful system integration.
  • Engage in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, planning, iteration reviews, and retrospectives to align with team goals.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and partners, fostering a culture of teamwork and shared knowledge.
  • Propose enhancements to processes and identify areas for improvement to boost team efficiency.
