The Role
We are seeking an Experienced Recruitment Consultant to establish and expand our Cloud desk across Europe. This is a remarkable opportunity to build a new division with the comprehensive support of our established UK Cloud team.
As a 360° recruitment consultant, you will engage across various service lines while collaborating closely with our UK desk to deliver exceptional talent solutions. Though we currently lack a dedicated Cloud presence in Europe, you will benefit from immediate access to a robust UK client portfolio and proven operational capabilities to facilitate a successful start.
The broader team is projected to achieve £2.5 million in billings this year, with individual consultants generating between £200k and £800k. With an ambitious target of £3 million for 2026, this represents a high-growth sector with substantial investment and momentum.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Foster and sustain robust client relationships, providing market insights, salary benchmarks, and strategic talent advice.
