We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee and ensure the successful execution of projects within our organization. This role will involve managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, including effective delivery of final products and overseeing the customer service period.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead project management efforts to ensure timely delivery of enterprise solutions.
2. Oversee comprehensive access control processes, including personnel vetting, badging, training, and policy implementation.
3. Develop and implement solutions for transit and transportation organizations, covering requirements analysis, policy development, organizational change, and system implementation.
4. Manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
5. Direct business analyst tasks and facilitate the requirements gathering process efficiently.
6. Interface with executive-level clients for presentations, briefings, and progress reports while conducting line-level interviews effectively.
7. Cultivate strong customer relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery.
8. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of project lifecycles and methodologies.
9. Exhibit excellent written communication skills, adapting to various writing styles and synthesizing complex information.
10. Utilize MS Word, Excel, Project, and Visio proficiently to support project activities.
11. Apply analytical skills to resolve functional and technical challenges judiciously.
12. Manage business and system requirements, including analysis, modification, verification, and validation processes.
13. Familiarity with SharePoint is preferred.
