CGS Federal is on the hunt for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal III to join our dynamic in-house government legal team. This pivotal role involves supporting various facets of our litigation portfolio, including eDiscovery activities, workflow management, and providing essential assistance to our attorneys.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and prepare a diverse range of complex legal documents.
- Conduct detailed reviews of incoming documents related to ongoing cases.
- Prepare critical legal papers such as indictments, arrest warrants, motions, and subpoenas.
- Gather necessary information from various sources to incorporate into legal documents for review.
- Ensure compliance with local court rules and formatting standards for all legal documents.
- Assist attorneys in trial preparation by compiling trial notebooks, organizing exhibits, and managing witness lists.
- Collaborate with victim/witness specialists to uphold their rights and services in accordance with departmental guidelines.
- Notify stakeholders regarding any victim/witness concerns.
- Verify legal citations and references using original and online resources like Westlaw and Lexis/Nexis.
- Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy in legal citations.
- Edit and proofread legal briefs for clarity and correctness.
- File legal documents electronically with the U. S. District Court using the CM/ECF system.
- Organize tables of contents and indices for briefs following established formats.
