Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in propounding and responding to discovery requests (interrogatories, requests for admission, and requests for production), subpoenas, and preparation of deposition binders and motions.
- Manage trial preparation, including coordination of witnesses, trial exhibits, charts, trial notebooks, subpoenas, and page lines.
- Review, organize, and summarize construction documents, contracts, inspection reports, maintenance records, work order repairs, and other project-related files.
- Handle large volumes of discovery, including e-discovery platforms, document production, and privilege logs.
- May be required to attend site inspections in Southern California.
- Collaborate effectively with team members across various levels of experience.
- Communicate regularly with clients, experts, and attorneys regarding case status and preparation.
