Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent. Valid HVAC Journeyman license or substantial equivalent experience. A minimum of 10 years of experience in HVAC installation and service. In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, and both residential and commercial equipment. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently, effectively manage time, and prioritize tasks. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Install heating, ventilation, air conditioning, ductwork, and refrigeration systems in accordance with specifications.
Deliver comprehensive maintenance and repair services for HVAC equipment to ensure peak operational efficiency.

Work collaboratively with project managers and apprentices to ensure project timelines are met.
