Proven experience as a Java Architect, having architected at least two systems.
Hands-on experience with Core Java for over 10 years.
Proficient in Spring, Multithreading, and Message Queue technologies.
Extensive knowledge of Oracle SQL and PLSQL.
Experience working on projects that integrate Java with Oracle.
Demonstrated ability to manage onsite-offshore models and act as an onsite coordinator.
Strong client coordination skills with a knack for expectation management.
Willingness to participate in late-hour calls with the offshore team.
Ability to serve as the single point of contact for both offshore teams and clients.
Capability to present weekly project status reports to clients and account management teams.
A proactive self-starter who can comprehend requirements documents and ask pertinent questions.
