Your Impact
We are currently seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing commercial HVAC equipment located at telecom shelters on cell tower sites. This fast-paced position is ideal for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow within the Telecom industry. Please note that this is a regional position, and candidates should reside in the Buffalo, New York area.
Core Responsibilities
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire cooling systems.
- Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
- Executing additional maintenance or upgrades on out-of-season HVAC systems.
- Responding promptly to service calls, including emergency situations.
- Accurately completing daily work reports in a timely manner.
- Safely and legally operating a motor vehicle according to the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.
Note: Specific duties may vary or evolve over time based on business and client needs.
Core Experience
- Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance (commercial experience preferred).
- Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components, including refrigeration systems, is preferred.
