Your Impact

Pearce Services is on the lookout for Experienced HVAC Technicians to join our dynamic team for servicing and repairing commercial HVAC equipment at telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. This fast-paced role is ideal for motivated, self-directed individuals who are eager to learn and grow within the Telecom industry. This is a regional position, and candidates should reside in the State College, Pennsylvania area.

Core Responsibilities

  • Maintain cooling systems by diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.
  • Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
  • Perform additional maintenance or upgrades on out-of-season HVAC equipment.
  • Respond promptly to service calls, including emergency call-out services.
  • Accurately complete daily work reports in a timely manner.
  • Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally, adhering to the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.
