Key Responsibilities
- Household Administration:
- Lead and supervise household staff, including recruitment, training, and scheduling.
- Oversee the property’s maintenance and upkeep, ensuring it remains in immaculate condition.
- Manage household budgets and expenditures, including tracking and reporting.
- Coordinate with external service providers (e.g., cleaners, maintenance personnel).
- Personal Assistance:
- Deliver personalized services to the principals by anticipating their needs and preferences.
- Assist with wardrobe management, including packing and unpacking for travel.
- Handle personal errands and tasks as needed.
- Travel Coordination:
- Plan and organize travel itineraries, covering flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Ensure all travel arrangements are seamless and aligned with the principals' expectations.
- Accompany the principals on trips, offering support and ensuring their comfort.
- Event Planning:
- Plan and execute private events and gatherings, including vendor and staff coordination.
- Ensure that events operate smoothly and meet the principals' high standards.
- Security and Confidentiality:
- Maintain utmost confidentiality and discretion in all matters.
- Ensure the safety of the household and principals, including managing security systems and protocols.
