Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification. A minimum of 3 years of design experience in building and infrastructure projects. Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD and SolidWorks. Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software. Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations pertinent to mechanical engineering. Expertise in ACMV, fire protection systems, plumbing, and sanitary systems. Experience conducting technical feasibility studies and life cycle analyses. Familiarity with tender processes and contract management. Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building standards. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Adaptability and eagerness to learn new mechanical engineering technologies. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.

  • Design and perform calculations for mechanical systems, including Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV), fire protection systems, plumbing, and sanitary systems.
  • Conduct thorough technical feasibility studies and life cycle analyses for engineering projects.
  • Generate detailed study reports, design documentation, and technical specifications for mechanical engineering initiatives.
  • Prepare comprehensive tender documents and critically evaluate proposals, providing insightful assessment reports.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives efficiently.
  • Adopt and implement innovative mechanical engineering solutions while staying abreast of industry advancements.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical engineering challenges as they arise.
  • Mentor junior engineers and actively contribute to the growth of the engineering team.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout all project phases.
  • Utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) software to enhance project precision and efficiency.
