The Executive Business Partner Program Manager (18-month contract) plays a central role in shaping and managing DeepMind’s strategic E/ABP program. This position works closely with Executive and Administrative Business Partners throughout the organization, providing coaching and support to help them succeed. Building strong relationships with a wide range of senior stakeholders is key to ensuring the E/ABP community remains effective and adapts as business needs change.

What You Will Do

  • Work with the E/ABP Lead and other Program Managers to build and maintain a global E/ABP community at DeepMind.
  • Partner with senior leaders to evaluate community capacity and form leadership collaborations that align with program goals.
  • Lead a team of E/ABPs by setting expectations, offering feedback, and supporting their professional development.
  • Monitor and manage metrics and resources to meet organizational targets, ensuring effective workload management and prioritization.
  • Guide the team through change, encouraging innovation and thoughtful risk-taking to improve business results.
  • Oversee E/ABP recruitment strategy with the Talent Acquisition team, supporting fair and strategic hiring practices.
  • Foster a sense of belonging, psychological safety, and respect within the community, encouraging collaboration and team achievement.
