Role overview
The Executive Assistant supports the C-suite and executive leadership at Liquid AI's San Francisco office. This position serves as a central point for keeping leaders aligned and informed across Go-To-Market, Product, and Engineering. The Executive Assistant ensures smooth information flow between meetings, decisions, and teams, and also coordinates events and partner visits at the office.
