Role overview

The Executive Assistant will work on-site in Los Angeles, supporting C-Suite executives and helping them maximize their impact across the organization. This position goes beyond standard administrative duties, offering the chance to take on strategic responsibilities as the company grows.

What you will do

  • Manage executive schedules and prioritize key initiatives
  • Coordinate All Hands meetings and prepare executive-level presentations
  • Lead cross-functional projects from planning to execution
  • Foster collaboration among leadership and act as a central presence in the LA office
  • Shape and maintain a positive workplace culture
  • Identify and address challenges, bringing order to complex situations

  • Experience supporting senior executives, ideally in a fast-changing environment
  • Strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs
  • Comfort working on-site in Los Angeles
