Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service in Dutch across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with inquiries regarding our products, services, and account management.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in our CRM system to uphold precise records.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction levels.

Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support software is a plus.
