We are seeking a dedicated Events Specialist to join our Workplace Services and Experience team to enhance our event offerings within the London office. The ideal candidate will possess a service-oriented mindset and thrive on cultivating relationships with diverse teams across our organization to comprehend their objectives and identify the most suitable events for them.

Our events also play a crucial role in shaping how external stakeholders, including students and potential hires, perceive Jane Street.
In this role, you will be essential in designing, planning, and executing events for both current employees and university recruits. Your responsibilities will include:
- Comprehensive event management, which entails developing an event strategy that incorporates stakeholder input, coordinating logistics, crafting creative designs, developing content, managing vendors, selecting and coordinating venues, overseeing budgets, handling RSVPs, and providing on-site support during events.
- Fostering relationships with department heads to proactively plan, execute, and promote high-quality events.
- Establishing event objectives and defining success metrics.
- Maintaining an organized database of all event details and associated costs.
- Sharing best practices with event coordinators in Jane Street’s international offices.
