Your Role

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with our Event Programs team.

As an Events Manager, you will be part of the Global Events and Experiences team, working collaboratively across Google DeepMind. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of events including conferences, town halls, hackathons, team offsites, social gatherings, and more, held both on-campus and at external venues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and lead the creation of bespoke, world-class event experiences that reflect and amplify the cutting-edge mission of Google DeepMind.
  • Continuously innovate our event offerings, leveraging creative technology and experiential design to inspire meaningful connections.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Workplace, Communications, Marketing, Finance) to translate complex objectives into seamless, narrative-driven experiences.
  • Adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment, responding effectively to stakeholder requests, often with tight deadlines.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and creative collaborator to senior leadership.
  • Manage a portfolio of complex, high-stakes events concurrently, developing detailed project plans and overseeing execution.
