Key Responsibilities:Event Planning & Execution: Manage Nash’s annual event calendar, coordinating all logistics from planning through to on-site execution, including vendor management, budget oversight, and material preparation. Campaign Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop pre- and post-event campaigns utilizing email, paid media, and social platforms. Attendee Management: Oversee attendee lists, coordinate lead capture, and maintain CRM accuracy for effective Sales follow-up. Results Tracking: Measure outcomes for each event, including leads generated, meetings scheduled, and pipeline influence. Creative & Brand Experiences: Supervise the design and production of promotional materials, capture live content for social media, and ensure brand consistency throughout all events.

You will support Nash’s global event strategy while managing the planning, coordination, and execution of events for diverse audiences, functions, and regions.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing logistics, coordinating marketing campaigns for key events, tracking results, and collaborating cross-functionally with Leadership, Sales, and Operations to ensure each event provides measurable impact. You will also play a key role at our San Francisco headquarters, managing and hosting events for customers, recruits, and internal staff.
