Your Role and Responsibilities
The Event Management Team Lead plays a pivotal role in our organization by inspiring and guiding team members to foster strong working relationships while embodying FIRST values and our clients' brand identities. Your focus will be on ensuring that your project team delivers outstanding service through superior project management and orchestrates world-class events that not only meet but exceed client expectations. Collaborating with other FIRST team members, you will represent the FIRST Solutions brand on-site at a prestigious tech company. This role is perfect for a seasoned corporate event-planning professional with experience in team leadership and motivation.
Key Contributions
- Coordinate staff assignments and manage workloads for both onsite and digital events.
- Review event requests from the intake team and confirm venue availability, approvals, and other essential details before delegation.
- Advise on the planning and execution of events for designated high-profile groups, overseeing larger-scale events.
- Support and coordinate event delivery as needed.
