Your Role and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with industry-leading clients to sustain and enhance Illumio's technology deployments.
Log and update support cases, keeping clients informed about case statuses and providing timely solutions throughout the support request lifecycle.
Develop a deep understanding of customer systems and configurations to analyze issues and propose effective solutions.
Work closely with external customers and cross-functional teams including support engineers, Development, and Sales to gain insights and deliver solutions.
Define and manage customer expectations accurately and effectively.
Offer technical product support to field engineers and technicians for complex issues related to our products.
