Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with industry-leading clients to sustain and enhance Illumio's technology deployments.

  • Log and update support cases, keeping clients informed about case statuses and providing timely solutions throughout the support request lifecycle.

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer systems and configurations to analyze issues and propose effective solutions.

  • Work closely with external customers and cross-functional teams including support engineers, Development, and Sales to gain insights and deliver solutions.

  • Define and manage customer expectations accurately and effectively.

  • Offer technical product support to field engineers and technicians for complex issues related to our products.
