What You’ll Do:Oversee daily operations of equity compensation programs (including stock options, RSUs, ESPP, and other awards) using the Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE platform. Manage all equity transactions, including grants, exercises, releases, and terminations. Act as the primary resource for employees with inquiries regarding equity awards, tax implications, and the Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE platform. Ensure adherence to global regulatory standards, tax regulations, and company policies while coordinating with Legal, Tax, Payroll, and Accounting teams for data reconciliation and reporting. Support the Finance team in quarterly stock-based compensation reporting and other equity-related analyses as required. Serve as the primary liaison with Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE to address system challenges, implement enhancements, and drive ongoing improvements. Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation, reconciliations, and process insights. Maintain precise participant records and reconcile data among HRIS, payroll, and the Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE system. Who You Are:Required: Proven experience with the Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE equity compensation platform. At least 5 years of experience in stock plan administration, equity compensation, or similar areas. In-depth knowledge of equity instruments (options, RSUs, ESPP) and their associated tax/accounting consequences. Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong analytical/reporting capabilities. Familiarity with SEC, IRS, and other global regulatory frameworks impacting equity compensation. CEP (Certified Equity Professional) certification or progress towards it is a plus.
