Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability setting.

Equity Compensation Associate

We are searching for a skilled Equity Compensation Associate to assist in the administration, compliance, and reporting of our global equity compensation initiatives. This role will oversee daily equity plan operations, manage equity systems, and collaborate with HR, Legal, Payroll, and Finance to maintain accurate and compliant equity administration.

The ideal candidate will possess 3-4 years of direct experience managing equity plans in both public and private company settings and will excel in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
