Qualifications:• Minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental contracting, including supervisory roles• Proficient in direct interactions with clients and regulatory agencies• Excellent communication and organizational abilities• Valid driver's license required; Commercial Driver License (CDL) is a bonus• Familiarity with OSHA and DOT regulations• Willingness to travel as needed• 40-Hour HAZWOPER training certification• OSHA 10-Hour construction safety training required; OSHA 30-Hour training is a plus• Experience with NYSDEC standby contracts is an advantage• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in an Environmental Discipline is preferred

Join LaBella Associates as an Environmental Remediation Supervisor in our Environmental Construction Department located in Patchogue, NY. We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our field teams in executing crucial environmental clean-up projects. These activities will encompass contaminated soil excavations, installation of remediation systems, site restoration, underground storage tank removals, and small demolitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations on remediation projects at the site
• Guarantee compliance with project scope and timelines
• Organize equipment and material mobilization and delivery
• Generate daily reports documenting field activities
• Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce adherence to company health, safety policies, and OSHA regulations
• Collaborate with Project Managers on scope development, cost estimating, and workflow planning
• Mentor and train junior staff members
