Responsibilities: Prepare Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Transaction Screen ESAs, and Records Search with Risk Assessment (RSRA) reports with guidance from senior staff and Project Managers. Assist in Property Condition Assessments, Plan and Cost Reviews, and Construction Draw Inspections under the supervision of Construction Risk senior staff. Conduct site visits in western New York, particularly in the Buffalo and Rochester areas, for various environmental and construction-related projects. Gather, analyze, and interpret historical, regulatory, and municipal records. Communicate findings to team leaders and assist in evaluating environmental and construction risks. Independently manage due diligence assignments while adhering to project timelines. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or a related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with Quire or similar report writing software is a plus. 1-3 years of experience in environmental and construction-related due diligence projects such as Phase I ESAs, Transaction Screen ESAs, Phase II ESAs, Property Condition Assessments, and/or Draw Inspections is preferred. Able to thrive in a dynamic team-oriented environment. Excellent verbal, technical writing, communication, and time management skills are essential.

This position is designed for early career professionals with 0-3 years of experience who are interested in developing a strong foundation in environmental consulting. The Due Diligence Program is known as one of the largest and most respected teams of its kind in the eastern United States and continues to expand into new markets.
