Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic Technical Recruiter at the entry level, eager to learn and take the reins of their own responsibilities. In this role, you will be guided by seasoned recruiters, collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership, and manage your own recruitment processes. This is an exciting opportunity for personal and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage your own recruitment requisitions from start to finish, including sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing candidates.
Identify and engage candidates in unconventional spaces: GitHub, arXiv preprints, niche Discord servers, mailing lists, and conference speaker lineups.
Facilitate structured interview processes and lead candidate debriefs in collaboration with hiring managers.
Collaborate with lead recruiters on offer strategies and candidate closings.
Contribute to the development of our recruiting systems and processes, leaving your mark on our hiring practices.
Qualifications
You may be a great fit if you possess the following qualifications:
0–2 years of experience in recruiting, sales, sourcing, or talent coordination, or relevant self-taught experience, with a strong desire to grow in this field.
Demonstrated commitment beyond formal education through involvement in clubs, personal projects, sports, volunteering, or similar pursuits.
Genuine curiosity about AI, hardware, or deep technology—engineering knowledge is not required, but an interest in these areas is essential.
Ability to work swiftly, resolve challenges independently, and seek assistance when necessary.
A collaborative mindset with low ego and high motivation, focusing on outcomes rather than personal recognition.
