May assist with HVAC designs as needed. Support Revit/BIM modeling of construction drawings for plumbing and fire protection systems through all project phases, with guidance. May also contribute to HVAC system modeling as required. Collaborate with the design team on specifications and provide support where needed. Prepare draft reports for review by senior engineers. Review submittals and shop drawings to check compliance with contract documents. Visit job sites to verify existing conditions and observe construction progress, which may include physical walkthroughs on-site. Handle additional tasks as assigned. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering required by hire date; degrees from ABET accredited programs preferred. Ability to apply advanced heat transfer, solar energy, and fluid dynamics principles to plumbing, fire protection, and HVAC system designs. Relevant internship experience preferred. EIT and LEED accreditation are a plus. Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. Must be able to manage multiple projects effectively.
