About the RoleAs a Production Manager, your responsibilities will include:Overseeing the daily performance of installation and production teams as well as subcontractors.Maintaining effective communication with crews and customers to enhance their experience and ensure contract fulfillment.Implementing a quality control program throughout the product lifecycle, from ordering to installation.Managing hiring and termination processes for installers and production personnel.Regularly evaluating strategies for improving overall operational efficiency.Assisting in resolving customer complaints effectively.
