Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field required by hire date. Preference for degrees from accredited programs. Strong creative design portfolio is essential. Excellent communication, teamwork, presentation, graphics, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. Proficiency with Revit and Enscape preferred; required skills include Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This entry-level position focuses on design and technical elements, becoming a vital part of our multi-disciplinary team. You will collaborate closely with design and technical leaders, contributing significantly to project teams. Under the guidance of a Licensed Architect and project leaders, your primary responsibilities will include:
 
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO 
  • Collaborate with the Project Architect or Project Designer to enhance the design process using software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and SketchUp.
  • Create physical building models to visualize designs.
  • Generate architectural documentation under supervision.
  • Develop graphics and materials for client presentations with oversight.
  • Conduct product research by following directives from the Project Architect or Project Manager.
  • Research building code information as guided by the Project Architect.
  • Assist in reviewing shop drawings and submittals under supervision.
  • Participate in internal project team meetings.
  • Occasionally visit job sites to verify existing conditions and monitor construction progress, which may include physical site walkthroughs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
