Practice Overview: • Full-time hours: Monday - Friday (7 am - 4 pm), with part-time options available.• No on-call or weekend clinical duties.• Our physicians deliver advanced wound management in post-acute care settings such as Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals.• Weekly wound rounds are conducted at each facility.• Part-time roles require a minimum of 3 days per week, while full-time roles consist of 4-5 days per week.• This is a mobile practice, with physicians visiting facilities within a 40-60 mile radius.• Each physician treats approximately 20-30 patients daily across 2-3 facilities.• Clinical documentation is conducted in real-time during rounds, utilizing our proprietary wound-specific EMR.• Comprehensive paid training is provided during onboarding, along with a 6-month wound care fellowship.
