Position Summary:
The Enterprise Systems and Integration Lead plays a pivotal role in managing the operational integrity of enterprise systems and integration architecture. This position is crucial for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and optimum performance of internal IT platforms. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Enterprise Architecture and Systems, the lead will focus on technical guidance, system maintenance, and team collaboration, all while supporting the overarching vision for enterprise architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain enterprise systems, including business applications and internal platforms.
- Direct integration architecture and middleware operations to facilitate seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- Design and implement comprehensive solutions utilizing Power Platform, Azure, and other relevant technologies.
- Lead technical teams to troubleshoot issues, integrate new features, and maintain thorough documentation.
- Coordinate deployment schedules, updates, and release cycles across various platforms.
- Manage credentials, client secrets, and service account passwords to uphold system security.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks including log clean-up and user access reviews.
- Work closely with analytics and reporting teams to enhance data schema understanding and fulfill reporting requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for system-related inquiries, escalating issues only when necessary for strategic review or architectural exceptions.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise standards and governance policies.
- Promote innovation and operational improvements in alignment with enterprise architecture strategies.
