Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Scale AEs throughout the customer journey, presenting tailored demos and prototypes aligned with client requirements.
Develop expertise in Generative AI and large language model applications for enterprise use cases, including sectors such as financial services, insurance, and SaaS.
Ensure the 'technical win' by addressing and resolving technical challenges faced by clients.
Engage with customers daily to identify their needs and design effective solutions.
Create detailed Scopes of Work by translating customer challenges into actionable project plans.
Partner with forward-deployed Software Engineers and Machine Learning Engineers during the initial post-sales phase to develop agents.
Collaborate with AEs and Product Managers to capture customer-specific feature requests.
Drive strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency of the Solutions Engineering team.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Strong engineering background with relevant experience in pre or post-sales roles aimed at achieving business objectives.
Proficiency in development using Python, Java, or other web technologies.
Experience in enterprise SaaS, cloud technologies, finance, fintech, or similar fields, particularly in client-facing technical roles.
Proven self-starter with the ability to independently resolve technical issues on-site.
Exceptional presentation skills and technical credibility when engaging with executives and engineers alike.
Comfortable communicating effectively across internal teams.
