You will collaborate with leaders such as Ben, Abs, Sabrina, and Rebe.
What We're Looking For
We are in search of a technically adept and customer-focused Enterprise Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone enthusiastic about taking ownership in a pre-sales capacity, acting as the primary technical advisor to prospective clients.
You will be instrumental in developing customer solutions, ensuring our platform aligns with their unique requirements, and facilitating a seamless transition to our Customer team. Your contributions will directly influence deal success, from conducting technical discovery sessions to crafting tailored demos and Proofs of Concept (PoCs), as well as troubleshooting and addressing technical inquiries. This collaborative position demands a blend of technical and finance/procurement expertise, along with a strong customer-oriented approach.
