The Opportunity
As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative at Dash0, you will be instrumental in expanding our sales pipeline, forging relationships with prospective clients, and accelerating our revenue trajectory. Your role will involve identifying and qualifying new opportunities, engaging with our user base, and executing strategic outreach campaigns to spark interest. You will work closely with our Account Executives and Marketing teams to effectively target the right audience.

What You’ll Do
Qualify and nurture inbound leads generated from events and campaigns.
Identify and reach out to target accounts through proactive outbound efforts.
Conduct research to map key accounts, identifying decision-makers and their specific needs.
Implement multi-channel outreach strategies (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events) to build a robust sales pipeline.
Collaborate effectively with Account Executives to transition qualified opportunities.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained in our CRM system.
Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective customers, representing Dash0’s mission and values.
Continuously refine outreach approaches and messaging to enhance engagement.
Stay informed about Dash0’s product roadmap and competitive landscape.
Engage in feedback loops with marketing and product teams to relay customer insights.
Who You Are
You are a driven, inquisitive, and proactive sales professional who enjoys building connections and solving challenges for others.
You bring:
1-2 years of experience in sales development, preferably within B2B SaaS, especially in observability or related technologies, with a strong understanding of the tool landscape and confidence in engaging technical buyers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
A growth mindset and eagerness to learn about technical products.
