Your ResponsibilitiesLocation: This position is based in our Seattle Office and follows a hybrid work schedule. We encourage in-person collaboration, requiring team members to be on-site Tuesday through Friday, with the option for remote work on Mondays, unless alternative arrangements have been made. Your Contribution

This position is part of a pioneering team within our organization, where agility is key. We aim to secure our initial customers in sectors beyond public safety and develop scalable sales strategies alongside successful partnerships.

The ideal candidate would come from a Business Development or Sales Support background with a strong emphasis on lead generation.

This role carries sales quotas. As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative, you will collaborate closely with our Strategic Account Executives to craft and execute an effective sales pipeline strategy aimed at promoting select products and services to our enterprise clientele. We also prioritize maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction throughout our interactions, in collaboration with our Enterprise Sales Operations and Marketing teams.

Our Enterprise Sales Development Representatives are customer-centric and innovative thinkers. They can strategically adapt their methods to align with customer needs. A solid understanding of the Enterprise Sales process and the ability to excel within Axon’s distinct sales framework are crucial.
