What you will do#-Hybrid

As an Enterprise Program Manager, your primary focus will be ensuring the success of our most significant global clients. You will serve as the focal point of coordination for all ongoing projects, overseeing a portfolio of enterprise accounts. In this self-directed role, you will navigate complex programs from Business Intelligence implementations to the onboarding of new products, fostering regional alignment and fortifying essential client relationships.

Where you will have impact

  • Lead the comprehensive implementation of our solutions, including Business Intelligence dashboards, for our largest global clients.
  • Organize and manage all projects within your enterprise accounts to ensure timely delivery and the fulfillment of business objectives.
  • Establish clear program governance and guide stakeholder expectations, from individual hotel properties to C-level executives.
  • Create and maintain precise project documentation outlining timelines, activities, and potential risks using task management tools.
  • Act as a vital bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration to drive success.
