Role Overview
The Enterprise Customer Success Manager will play a central role in helping clients realize the full value of Sigma Computing’s platform. This position focuses on strengthening Net Dollar Retention (NDR) through strategic account management, growth planning, and customer engagement.
What You Will Do
- Strategic Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at enterprise accounts, with special attention to high-value customers.
- Analytics Guidance: Use expertise in analytics and business intelligence to help customers make the most of Sigma Computing’s platform. Support them in interpreting data and turning it into actionable insights.
- Drive NDR Growth: Develop and carry out plans to increase Net Dollar Retention. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and reduce churn through proactive support and engagement.
- Customer Advocacy: Serve as the link between customers and Sigma’s product team, representing client needs and advocating for features or improvements that boost satisfaction and retention.
- Success Planning: Collaborate with customers to create and implement success plans that connect Sigma’s capabilities with their business goals.
- Education & Training: Organize and lead training sessions, webinars, and workshops to improve product knowledge, adoption, and engagement across the user base.
