What You’ll Do:Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives and Solution Engineering teams to onboard, train, and enhance adoption among our Enterprise clientele. Establish and nurture relationships with clients to cultivate loyalty and advocacy within their organizations. Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including sales, support, enablement, product, finance, and legal. Oversee and manage the onboarding process for new customers. Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients develop clear and effective plans to achieve their business objectives. Monitor and analyze usage trends to identify renewal risks and opportunities for contract growth and optimization. Who You Are:Customer-focused, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management. Skilled in managing a diverse portfolio of accounts, particularly large enterprise clients. Experienced in engaging with Fortune 1000 companies and global brands across various industries. An exceptional communicator with a keen attention to detail, tailoring your messaging to diverse audiences, including CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and DevOps professionals. Background in the B2B technology space or experience with SaaS businesses. Willingness to travel for onsite customer visits and events as required. Proficient in both written and spoken English.
