Qualifications
What You’ll DoOversee the success of a portfolio of enterprise and strategic customers. Serve as the main point of contact and a trusted advisor, gaining a deep understanding of customer objectives and translating them into actionable plans. Promote adoption and engagement with the GoodData platform by offering insights on best practices, features, and product strategies. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Professional Services teams, primarily located in the Czech Republic, often needing coordination as early as 6:00 am PT. Lead executive business reviews, product roadmap discussions, and other strategic conversations to highlight business value and uncover growth opportunities. Champion customer interests internally by consolidating product feedback, identifying potential issues, and influencing roadmap decisions. Travel frequently to customer sites (both domestic and international) for strategic planning and relationship-building sessions. About You5+ years of experience in customer success, technical account management, or solution consulting, ideally within a SaaS environment. Proven experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts, preferably with portfolios exceeding $1M+ in ARR and fewer than 10 accounts. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for fostering relationships and driving customer engagement.
