KEY RESPONSIBILITIESIdentify, engage, and qualify promising new business opportunities via calls, emails, social media, and other communication channels. Maintain a high volume of daily activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social interactions. Gain a thorough understanding of Spellbook’s products and services to effectively convey their value to prospects. Schedule qualified appointments and meetings for the mid-market and enterprise sales team. Log all activities within the CRM, ensuring data integrity and thoroughness. Engage in regular training sessions, including role-plays and call reviews, to continually enhance skills and adopt best practices. Report on campaign successes through a data-driven approach while being aware of the qualitative aspects of success likelihood. Contribute to the development of outreach scripts, email templates, and other resources to enhance the outbound sales strategy at Spellbook.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As an Enterprise Business Development Representative, you will leverage core BDR skills to uncover new business prospects at accounts that are not yet engaged with Spellbook. This role is dedicated to establishing new connections and deals within the mid-market segment, working closely with the BDR Manager to launch campaigns, innovative outreach strategies, and lead generation efforts in untapped markets.

This role is perfect for a motivated and ambitious individual eager to progress their sales career in a dynamic organization, enjoying the autonomy and flexibility offered by a new sales strategy with a substantial total addressable market (TAM).
