Your Responsibilities:Perform outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social media to engage ideal customer profiles (ICPs). Evaluate inbound leads promptly to assess their needs, buying intent, and fit. Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of early-stage opportunities for Account Executives (AEs) and Regional Sales Managers (RSMs). Engage with prospects to uncover their challenges, pain points, and objectives. Communicate compelling value propositions tailored to various buyer personas (e.g., CTO, CMO, CFO, Operations). Schedule high-quality discovery meetings or demonstrations for the sales team. Collaborate with AEs/RSMs to formulate account strategies and outreach plans. Provide Marketing with feedback on lead quality, campaign performance, and customer insights. Maintain strong CRM hygiene with precise and timely activity tracking. Meet monthly and quarterly KPIs, including meetings booked, qualified opportunities created, and outreach activity targets. Track key metrics such as conversion rates, sales cycle inputs, and pipeline contributions. Continuously enhance messaging and outreach tactics based on performance data.
