Overview:
Join Morrow Health as an accomplished and passionate Enterprise Applications Specialist with in-depth expertise in MS Dynamics 365 (ERP & CRM). In this pivotal role, you will manage the complete lifecycle of our Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) business applications, ensuring our core systems, including ERP/Finance, CRM, ITSM, and HRIS tools, are efficiently configured, fully integrated, secure, and compliant with Morrow's operational needs. You will serve as the internal expert for these essential platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Ownership & Configuration: Act as the hands-on administrator and internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) for MS Dynamics 365 and selected COTS applications (e.g., ERP/Finance, CRM, ITSM, HRIS).
  • Integration Management: Design, implement, and sustain secure integration points (APIs, middleware) between COTS applications and other enterprise systems, including API integration with LLMG’s digital platform.
  • Vendor & License Management: Maintain vendor relationships, track software licenses, and collaborate with vendors for essential support, bug fixes, and feature upgrades.
  • Upgrades & Maintenance: Strategize, test, and execute application upgrades, patches, and system maintenance to ensure continuous service availability and performance.
  • Business Alignment: Collaborate with internal business leaders and end-users to analyze business processes, translating requirements into technical configurations within the COTS systems, managing change requests, and implementations.
  • Compliance & Security: Work closely with the Information Security Specialist to ensure application configurations adhere to internal security standards, data privacy regulations, and healthcare-specific compliance requirements.
  • Support & Training: Provide Level 1 technical support for application-related issues, managing the vendor liaison process, escalating issues as necessary, and tracking them to resolution. Develop documentation and training for end-users and internal support teams.
