Role Overview
The Enterprise Account Manager builds and maintains strong relationships with Shift4’s largest and most strategic partners. This position advises enterprise accounts at corporate, franchise, and local levels, helping them get the most from Shift4’s solutions and representing their needs internally. The role manages the full customer lifecycle, from order through installation, coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure a smooth experience.
This role acts as the main contact for escalations related to support, billing, and service issues, and delivers regular reports and business reviews. Success in this position requires clear communication, a consultative mindset, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels to drive long-term account growth.
What You Will Do
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders at the corporate, franchise, and local levels for each enterprise account.
- Advocate for enterprise accounts within Shift4, ensuring activities are scheduled and prioritized appropriately.
- Oversee orders from start to installation, managing internal and external teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
- Work closely with Business Development, Product, and Product Development teams on complex deployments and new feature rollouts.
