About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Account Manager to cultivate and enhance relationships with Fortune 100 clients. This role centers on navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise agreements, characterized by lengthy sales cycles and significant strategic partnerships.
As the key liaison for vital accounts, you will collaborate closely with C-suite executives, as well as product and engineering teams, to drive product adoption, account expansion, and sustained value creation.
This high-visibility role offers direct interaction with executive leadership and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, focusing primarily on Fortune 100 companies.
- Act as the main point of contact for senior stakeholders, including VP, SVP, and C-suite executives.
- Foster long-term, trust-based relationships centered on achieving business outcomes.
- Oversee complex sales cycles involving procurement, legal, security, and IT departments.
- Navigate enterprise purchasing processes and internal decision-making dynamics.
- Ensure accurate account planning and forecasting.
