Role Overview: Enterprise Account Manager
Checkout.com is hiring Enterprise Account Managers in Dubai to join the Commercial team. Multiple positions are available, covering a range of seniority levels. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with major merchants after integration, serving as their main business advisor and contact.
What You Will Do
- Act as the primary point of contact for some of Checkout.com's largest merchants, guiding them through the global payments landscape and supporting their ongoing needs.
- Build trusted partnerships with C-level stakeholders, helping them navigate complex payment challenges and identify opportunities for growth.
- Analyze payment performance data to improve acceptance rates, reduce false declines, and optimize the checkout experience for each merchant.
- Develop and execute strategies that increase merchant revenue and deliver measurable value.
- Identify and pursue upsell opportunities for new products and services that align with merchant goals.
Who We’re Looking For
Strategic thinkers who are resourceful and highly motivated. Experience working with enterprise clients in a commercial or account management capacity is valuable. Candidates should be comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and making data-driven recommendations.
