Key Responsibilities:Assist Enterprise organizations in Malaysia to enhance their experience management maturity and bridge critical gaps in customer and employee experiences. Utilize Qualtrics’ premier, ready-to-deploy Experience Management (XM) SaaS platform to partner with Enterprise clients, transforming experience data into tangible business results. Play a crucial role in expanding Qualtrics’ presence in Malaysia by guiding clients through strategy, adoption, and realization of value—collaborating closely with client stakeholders and internal teams. Success Factors:Demonstrated ability to sell SaaS solutions to senior decision-makers in large enterprises. In-depth experience engaging with the Malay market and a solid understanding of the Malaysian enterprise landscape. Strong capabilities in acquiring new clients, negotiating intricate deals, and closing agreements with executive stakeholders. Exceptional relationship-building skills, establishing trust and credibility with senior leaders. Resilient, competitive, and possessing a solid work ethic, comfortable in cold calling and prospecting scenarios. Proficient in Salesforce.com and disciplined in managing the sales process. Experience in MarTech or HR Tech sectors is highly advantageous.
