Your Responsibilities:

Drive Enterprise Transformation

  • Own and implement an annual sales strategy targeting North America's most esteemed companies.
  • Manage a portfolio of Fortune 500 and mid-market accounts, consistently achieving sales quotas through consultative, solution-oriented selling.
  • Engage with CxO executives, employing business acumen to resonate with stakeholders, while also collaborating with middle managers and decision-makers.
  • Craft compelling value propositions that illustrate how Freelancer Enterprise facilitates digital workforce transformation.

Build Strategic Relationships

  • Foster enduring customer relationships that extend beyond mere transactions to deliver true innovation and business value.
  • Collaborate with clients to harness the platform model for industry disruption and innovation.
  • Work in partnership with global colleagues across Freelancer and Enterprise teams to achieve outstanding customer outcomes.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on future work trends, talent acquisition strategies, and enterprise workforce transformation.

Shape Enterprise Strategy

  • Participate in strategic business planning that drives Freelancer Enterprise growth across the APAC region, collaborating with teams in Europe and North America.
  • Provide market insights and customer intelligence that influence product development and strategic initiatives.
