Your Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Conveo, you will take full charge of the sales process—from pipeline development to closing high-value enterprise deals and expanding existing accounts. You will collaborate closely with our founders to enhance our go-to-market strategy, targeting some of the largest brands globally. This role demands skilled navigation through complex organizations, managing multi-stakeholder negotiations, and engaging in lengthy sales cycles (ranging from $45K to $500K+), primarily in sectors like CPG, Pharma, Tech, and Financial Services.
Your Objectives
1. Generate Demand & Build Pipeline
Develop and implement a defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and territory plan, utilizing multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone).
Qualify both inbound and outbound leads through insightful discovery and effective problem formulation.
Establish and maintain 4–5× pipeline coverage to meet and exceed your sales quota.
2. Close Deals & Grow Accounts
Conduct consultative discovery sessions and deliver tailored demonstrations that align with customer needs.
